I have an extensive and diversified resume, after graduating from Pepperdine University I worked as Research Director for Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Los Angeles for seven years.

Following my dream to live in "paradise" I relocated to Colorado and designed, developed and sold large acreage subdivisions. In 1990 I created WoodsCrest Log Homes, working as Marketing Manager and Design Department Leader. Working with my clients desires and budgets, I instructed my architects, draftsmen and craftsmen to create custom homes delivered worldwide, with over 300 homes in Colorado alone. This background gave me extensive knowledge in site evaluation, design concepts, construction, maintenance, marketing, sales and above all, people skills. 

Choosing the right parcel of land to build your dream home is more complicated than finding a great view, I have the knowledge to help you understand the "hidden building costs" of each parcel. I can also guide your purchase of an existing home, giving my insight into properties that are good deals, steals or have potential problems!

My marketing background also works to sell your property, each listing is professionally photographed and prominently displayed not only in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), they are also displayed on this site, BreckenridgeAssociates.com, Realtor.com, RealEstateShows.com, CraigsList, YouTube and more. I place ads in the local newspaper, the Summit Daily, and the local real estate magazines Homes and Land and Mountain Homes Illustrated. I also include them in Breckenridge Associates exclusive magazine, The Source, distributed and mailed throughout Summit and Park counties. Multi-million dollar listings are placed in prestigious nationwide magazines to target out of area buyers.
